Patient 1 – Case #1997 – Breast Lift

This 29 year old wished to have a more attractive breast. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) with removal of 90 grams of tissue on the right and 175 grams of tissue on the left. Her surgery was performed at University Pointe Surgical Hospital in Westchester.

This patient presented with large, pendulous breasts and desired slightly smaller breasts with much less sagging. She underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) with a small amount of tissue removal. Breast reductions and breast lifts are performed in a similar manner except in breast reductions more tissue is taken out.

Patient 8 – Case #2000 – Breast Lift

This patient desired a liposuction combined with a breast lift (mastopexy). Notice the improved shape of the breast as well as the diminished areola size. Most of the breast tissue was conserved to achieve maximal size of the breast without the use of implants.
