DR KURTIS W. MARTIN

Plastic Surgeon

Board-certified with more than 26 years of experience, Kurtis W. Martin, MD is widely respected as one of Cincinnatis top plastic surgeons and offers his patients the highest level of skill and artistry for plastic surgery in the Cincinnati and Greater Ohio area. Dr. Martin obtained his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He graduated with his B.S. in Biology with Distinction in 1982 and with his M.D. with Distinction in 1986. he also serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Plastic Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. Renowned for achieving natural, long-lasting results using modern rejuvenation techniques, Dr. Martin understands that plastic surgery is an art and a science that should bring out your individual beauty and enhance your confidence. His humble and friendly demeanor combined with his masterful skills will provide you with an unparalleled experience. Dr. Martin is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years and their beautiful family. He loves nature and being outdoors. Aesthetic Clinical Educator & Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Kimber Arnold

Kimber is a highly accomplished Cosmetic Injector with 15 years of experience, known for her graceful technique, meticulous eye, style and even her legendary wardrobe! Trained alongside leading Plastic Surgeons and Physicians worldwide, she has performed thousands upon thousands of treatments and is celebrated for delivering refined and impeccable results.

A licensed nurse since 2008, Kimber was destined for aesthetics. In addition to injectables, she specializes in CoolSculpting, PRP injections, VI peels, and SkinPen microneedling, offering a comprehensive approach to rejuvenation. As a Belladiamond provider, she ranks among the top 1% of Bellafill providers nationwide. She even pioneered the “Ballerina Legs” treatment here at Cincinnati Plastic Surgery.

Kimber serves as a National Aesthetic Clinical Educator and Consultant for Tiger Medical Aesthetics, training providers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico on advanced techniques with Alloclae, Avéli, Bellafill, and Silhouette Instalift. She’s a sought-after speaker in regenerative aesthetics, as well as an Associate Member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.

Outside the clinic, Kimber’s love of Pilates and classical ballet reflects her artistry and precision. Above all, she cherishes life with her husband, Dr. Ty, and their three daughters.

Stefani Powers

Stefani is a valued member of our team, serving many different roles at our practice. Not only is she a gifted cosmetic injector, but she is also CoolSculpting certified and performs our PRP and miraDry treatments. She also helps to assist Dr. Martin in surgery. We think it's safe to say that she can make you feel your best from head to toe! Stefani is BellaDiamond status, meaning she is in the top 1% of Bellafill injectors nationwide.

Her expertise and warm style on injections, micro needling, laser treatments with Moxi & BBL, body contouring, platelet rich plasma, permanent sweat reduction, and bedside nursing post-surgery is greatly appreciated by our esteemed clients. Stefani graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Ashland in 2018. She began her career in pediatrics and her kind smile and gentle touch eventually landed her right here at Cincinnati Plastic Surgery where we are so grateful to have her on board!

When not working, you can catch Stefani with her husband Chet, daughter Magnolia and son Jack on their 7 acres, enjoying the great outdoors. She loves gardening, fishing, horseback riding, and being the oldest of 4 children in her beloved family.

Fay Stone

Fay is the cornerstone of our office, having worked for Dr. Martin for over 20 years! Fay draws upon decades of experience in skin care and our medical grade skin care products. Fay has a passion for knowledge in our ever-changing beauty industry, and always stays proficient in current skin care education. In addition to her skin care expertise, Fay helps to assist Dr. Martin in surgical and in-office procedures.

Fay's kindness, loving personality and welcoming presence is truly the heart of our office. She unofficially serves as our “Staff Mom.” Fay is happily married to her high school sweetheart. Together they share two children, and two beautiful grandchildren, and one beautiful great granddaughter.

Outside of work, Fay is a life coach and licensed Christian counselor. She enjoys baking, shopping, spoiling her grandkids and spending quality time with her friends and family. Fay gives the best hugs!

Toni Rossetti

Toni is an aesthetician here at Cincinnati Plastic Surgery. She’s the “baby” of our work family and is sweet as she is beautiful. Toni is a cum laude 2022 graduate of Mason High School, and a 2023 graduate of Aveda Fredric's Institute Advanced Aesthetic program in Butler County. This ambitious young lady graduated twice in 9 months! Toni also earned microblading and powder brow certification through Brow Envy Academy.

Toni loved playing “spa” and dabbling in her mom’s makeup as a little girl, so she was definitely meant for this line of work! Her goal is to make you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself. In her free time, Toni enjoys shopping, trying new makeup applications, and perusing fashion trends. She’s also the oldest of three sisters and loves spending time with her friends and family.

Hunter Martin

Hunter is our practice administrator and helps keep things running smoothly. As a licensed attorney with a background in healthcare, Hunter works tirelessly to create the best experience possible for patients. In addition to his role at Cincinnati Plastic Surgery, he serves as a professional consultant for over a dozen aesthetic practices and medspas in the Midwest.

Isabella Walker

Isabella is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in surgical assisting for in-house procedures. She brings strong experience in patient care, wound management, and intraoperative support, contributing to safe, efficient procedures and a positive patient experience.

Isabella is known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their surgical journey.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys traveling and cherishes spending quality time with her family, especially her daughter, Leilani.

Emily Kiessling

We are incredibly fortunate to have an experienced Registered Nurse coordinating every detail of our surgical patient journey. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassion, Emily ensures that every patient feels informed, supported, and cared for from consultation through recovery.

A proud graduate of Ohio University, she earned her BSN Summa Cum Laude. Emily spent three and a half years as a circulating OR nurse in pediatric cardiothoracic surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Her experience is especially meaningful, as she is also a cardiac patient herself, giving her a rare perspective that combines professional expertise with personal understanding of the patient experience.

Working in plastic surgery and aesthetics has always been her dream, even before she began nursing school. Today, she brings both her clinical background and passion for aesthetics to every aspect of surgical scheduling and patient care.

Outside the office, she’s a true downtown Cincinnati girl who thrives in the middle of the city’s energy and festivities. She’s happiest where the action is and never meets a stranger. An avid reader, there’s almost always a Kindle within arm’s reach, and she’s known for being the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. When she’s not helping patients navigate their surgical journey, you’ll likely find her exploring local coffee shops with her beloved 10-year-old rescue dog, Cooper, in tow.
