Charlee Faehr
Meet Charlee! Charlee serves as our Chief Surgery Scheduler. She has the (huge) task of managing and scheduling all of the office surgeries for Dr. Martin both in-house and at Journey Lite. This raven-haired beauty runs the “front of house” with a big smile, kindness and the utmost professionalism. Charlee is a 2008 University of Cincinnati graduate, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (focus in accounting). She’s also a former UC Cheerleader, how cool is that?! She brings to us experience with a Fortune 500 company in Cincinnati, and then grew her career to become a human resources recruiter for 8 years before she took the leap into the healthcare industry. She comes to Cincinnati Plastic Surgery with experience in managing patient flow, accounts receivable, procedure/surgery scheduling and patient records management. When not working, Charlee enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon and their two very active sons, JP and Jameson. If she is not at one of her boys’ games/events, you can also catch her at the ice rink where Charlee plays on a women’s hockey team! She loves reading, watching sports (Go Bearcats, Tampa Bay Lightning, Who Dey), running and camping!
